Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fast and Easy Returns:
We sell high quality LED and solar products at the lowest prices on the market and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 30 days of the order delivery date and let us know. We will send you an RMA number, and you can send the product back to us. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. We can either replace the item with one of your choice or issue a refund (see below).
ChoierLight only accepts returns on products within 30 days of delivery date and a return damage claim or missing product claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date. If the return is due to choierlight error (wrong product sent/dead on arrival <DOA>/pieces missing), we will send you a prepaid shipping label and you simply need to drop the package off to your local UPS/Fedex Office. Please inspect all items prior to use. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your shipment arrives damaged, choierlight cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued.
All returns due to buyer preference change will have the option of store credit for the full amount of purchase of product or refund for the full amount of purchase of product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims. A 15% restocking fee could be assessed to the credit if the item is returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within a few business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-7 business days), processing the return once we receive it in the warehouse (3-5 business days), and the time for the bank to process the refund request (3-5 business days). What to do if your product is damaged upon arrival: We go through enormous efforts to properly package and ship all orders to prevent breaking. In the unlikely event that your package arrived damaged, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement is quick and easy:
Step 1. Email sales@choierlight.com within 72 hours of product delivery.
Step 2. Take a photo of all packaging AND materials AND damaged items.
Step 3. We will send you an RMA number and return shipping label.
Step 4. Repackage the item in the box it arrived in and send it back.
